A Commitment to Service: Supporting Seniors, Veterans, and Youth
My commitment to public service is deeply rooted in both my personal and professional experiences, including my role as the wife of a veteran. I have a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by those who serve, and I am passionate about advocating for the needs of our seniors, supporting veterans and their families, and creating meaningful opportunities for our youth. I believe a strong community is one that honors its elders, uplifts those who have served, and invests in the next generation—and I am committed to bringing people together to ensure every resident feels valued, supported, and empowered.
CAMPAIGN GOALS
Veteran Support
Supporting our veterans is personal to me. As the wife of a veteran, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication, sacrifice, and resilience that come with service—and I believe our responsibility to those who have served does not end when they return home. My campaign is focused on ensuring veterans in our community have access to the resources they need to thrive, including quality healthcare, housing support, employment opportunities, and mental health services. I am committed to strengthening partnerships with local organizations, expanding outreach so veterans are aware of the benefits available to them, and advocating for policies that honor their service with real, tangible support. Our veterans—and their families—deserve to feel seen, supported, and valued every single day.
Healthy Communities
I believe a healthy District 6 starts with making wellness accessible, visible, and supported in every neighborhood. My platform focuses on expanding access to quality healthcare and mental health services, increasing opportunities for safe physical activity, and improving access to fresh, affordable food. I will work to strengthen partnerships with local organizations, support community-based programs that promote prevention and wellness, and advocate for cleaner, safer environments where families can thrive. From our seniors to our youth, every resident deserves to live in a community that supports their health, well-being, and quality of life.
Responsible Development
I believe growth in District 6 should be thoughtful, balanced, and driven by the needs of the people who already call this community home. Responsible development means investing in projects that enhance quality of life—bringing in jobs, supporting local businesses, and improving infrastructure—without displacing residents or overburdening our neighborhoods. I am committed to advocating for smart planning that includes community input, protects green space, addresses traffic and infrastructure concerns, and ensures that development benefits everyone, not just a few. Our community deserves growth that is sustainable, inclusive, and aligned with a shared vision for the future.

My focus is on supporting strong schools, investing in teachers, and expanding access to programs that expose students to real-world careers and pathways early on. I want to strengthen partnerships between schools, local businesses, and community organizations so our students can see what’s possible and be prepared for it. From early education to career readiness, I am committed to ensuring our students—and our educators—have the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
